Subscription Agreement

Kilnex may offer subscription plans that provide creative benefits inside the app. A subscription can help users receive ongoing creation credits, subscription status display, and access to subscription-related app benefits shown on the subscription page.

This document explains how Kilnex subscriptions work inside the app experience.

Subscription Benefits

A Kilnex subscription may provide recurring creative benefits such as fixed coin grants, access to subscription status, and other in-app benefits shown before purchase. Subscription benefits are connected to the subscription option selected by the user.

Subscription plans may provide a fixed coin amount on successful purchase.
Subscription plans may provide recurring coin grants while the subscription is active.
Subscription status may be shown in the app so the user can understand whether the subscription is active.
Generated images and videos may still use coins or credits, depending on the app screen and selected feature.

Subscription Options

Kilnex may show multiple subscription options, such as monthly, multi-month, or yearly plans. Each visible plan may show its title, display price, billing period, and benefit summary. Users can choose the plan they prefer before confirming the purchase.

Billing

Subscription billing is handled through the Apple ID purchase flow on iOS devices. The payment sheet shown by the device displays the final purchase confirmation before the subscription begins. Users should review the subscription title, price, and billing period before confirming.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are auto-renewing unless canceled through the Apple subscription management area. If a subscription remains active, the user may continue receiving subscription benefits connected to the selected plan.

Managing a Subscription

Users can manage subscriptions through their Apple ID subscription settings. This includes viewing active subscriptions, checking renewal information, and canceling an active subscription. Kilnex may also provide a restore purchase option so the app can refresh subscription status on the device.

Restore Purchase

The restore purchase option is provided so users can request restoration of eligible subscription access. Restoration depends on the purchase state connected to the user's Apple ID and the subscription products available to the app.

Coins and Credits

Kilnex may use coins or credits for image generation and video generation. Subscription benefits may add coins or provide recurring coin grants. Coin grants are intended for in-app creative use and are displayed in the app balance area.

If a generation attempt is canceled or fails in a supported refund path inside the app, the app may return the related coin cost according to the in-app flow. Coin balance information is used to help the user understand available creation credits.

Subscription Display

The app may show the current subscription plan and active period when available. This helps the user understand the selected plan and whether subscription benefits are currently active.

Network and Store Availability

Subscription purchase and restoration may require network access and store availability. If the store is unavailable, a product cannot be loaded, or a purchase is canceled, the app may show a short message and the user may try again later.

No Account Requirement

Kilnex does not require an in-app account to view subscription options or use app creation features. Subscription purchases are connected to the Apple purchase flow rather than a Kilnex username or password.

Using Subscription Benefits

Users should use subscription benefits for personal creative activity inside Kilnex. Subscription benefits are intended to support image creation, video creation, local works management, and related creative features available in the app.

Purchase Confirmation

Before confirming a subscription, users should review the plan name, period, price, and benefit description shown in the app and on the device purchase sheet. Tapping the purchase confirmation means the user wants to start the selected subscription plan.

Cancellation

Users can cancel an auto-renewing subscription through Apple ID subscription settings. After cancellation, subscription benefits may remain available until the current active period ends.
