User Agreement

Kilnex is a creative app for making personalized images and short videos from photos, templates, visual styles, and local works. Users can use Kilnex without creating an account. The app does not require login, account registration, profile creation, phone number entry, or social identity connection.

Kilnex does not collect user face information, does not collect facial information, does not collect facial features, does not collect face geometry, and does not create faceprints.

Using the App

Kilnex is designed for personal creative use. Users can select a photo, choose an image or video style, generate a result, preview the result, save it locally, share it through device tools, or delete it from the works area.

Users are responsible for choosing photos and templates they want to use. The app provides creative tools, visual previews, local works management, purchase options, and subscription benefits where available.

No Account Required

Kilnex does not require an account. Users can open and use the app without signing in. Because the app does not require accounts, it does not need a username, password, profile biography, public profile, social graph, or follower list.

Kilnex does not collect private account information because account login is not required.

Photos and User Content

Users may choose photos from the photo library or camera to create images and short videos. Users should only use photos they are comfortable using for personal creative output. Generated works are intended to be controlled by the user through preview, save, share, and delete actions.

Kilnex does not collect face data from uploaded photos, does not collect facial features from uploaded photos, and does not store facial information from uploaded photos.

No Facial Recognition

Kilnex does not use facial recognition.

Kilnex does not identify users by their face.

Kilnex does not compare faces, does not match faces, and does not create face templates.

Kilnex does not collect face landmarks, face measurements, face geometry, faceprints, or biometric facial identifiers.

Creative Output

Generated images and videos may vary based on the chosen photo, selected style, selected template, available credits, and service availability. Kilnex is a creative tool, and results may differ from the user's expectation. Users can choose whether to save or share a generated result.

The app may provide local fallback output if a cloud service is unavailable or rate limited. Fallback output is provided to keep the creation flow usable and to avoid leaving the user with no result.

Local Works

Kilnex includes a local works area where generated images and videos can be viewed, opened, saved, shared, or deleted. Works shown in the app are stored for the user's own access on the device.

Kilnex does not collect private user information for public social profiles or advertising tracking.

Acceptable Use

Users should use Kilnex in a respectful and safe way. The app is intended for personal, creative, and entertainment purposes. Users should not use the app to create content that harms others, impersonates others in a misleading way, or invades another person's privacy.

Use photos that you have permission to use.
Do not use Kilnex to harass, threaten, or target another person.
Do not use Kilnex to create misleading identity content about another person.
Do not use Kilnex to attempt face identification or face matching.
Do not use Kilnex to collect or infer facial information about another person.

Coins, Purchases, and Subscriptions

Kilnex may include coins, purchase options, subscription benefits, and restore purchase features. Coins and subscription access are used for app features such as image generation, video generation, and creative credits. Users can choose whether to purchase coins or subscribe.

Sharing Results

Users may choose to share generated works through device sharing tools. Kilnex does not automatically publish works. Kilnex does not include a public community feed, follower system, public profile page, or user-to-user messaging feature.

Kilnex does not collect private user information for a social network or public profile system.

Third-Party Face Services

Kilnex does not use third-party facial recognition services, does not send facial feature data to third-party face services, and does not use third-party services to identify users by face.

User Control

Users control which photos they select, which templates they choose, which works they keep, which works they delete, and which works they share. Users can avoid selecting a photo if they do not want to use it for a creative action.
